Postage, Handling And Shipping

Most of our orders are sent via Australia Post for within Australia and Internationally.  At times, some of our orders within Australia may be sent via courier depending on the size of the order.

*** We highly recommend that you choose Express Post over Standard Post as it is a much safer shipping method.

How long does my order take to arrive?

For Orders Sent Within Australia:

  • Seven to twenty-one days when sent by Standard Australia Post Parcel (with Signature On Delivery);
  • One to Seven days Express Post (with Signature On Delivery).

For Orders Sent Outside Australia:

  • One to two weeks by Standard Airmail Parcel Post (with tracking); 
  • Five to ten days by International Express Post (with tracking). 

    Note:  If Customs delay your order, the arrival time of your order will take longer than this. 

Will my order be sent with a Tracking Number?

Your tracking number will be sent to you by email once we have sent your order. 

It is your responsibility to check with your local post office regularly to see if your order has arrived.

Further shipping charges will apply if your order is returned due to failure to collect it from your local post office.  If an incorrect postal address has been provided, and we have to resend it.

Where's my stuff?  What if my order does not arrive?

After we ship your order, unfortunately we cannot do anything about to speed up or change the postal services or Customs here in Australia or in your country, so please be patient.

Kindly allow a minimum of three weeks from when we ship your order for it to arrive.  Please check your tracking details to follow the progress of your order.

If your order has not arrived after three weeks, please check with your local post office first regarding the location of your order before contacting us.

A lot of post offices do not provide notification of items to be collected, and it is your responsibility to check to see if they are holding your item.

Further shipping charges will be charged if we have to resend your order because your post office returned it, when you failed to collect our order.

Are the postal services safe and secure?

We only send order via reliable services that have a tracking service.  However, if you choose to have your order sent by Standard Post and Airmail for overseas orders, your order is sent at your risk and we are not responsible for the postal serrvices losing your item or for replacing items that the postal services have lost.

International Express Post and Express Post with Signature within Australia are more reliable services, which we highly recommend.  

Will the Customs service in my country delay my order?

Customs services in different countries can cause delays for up to three months at a time.

Please contact your Customs service to check if they may be holding your order if it has not arrived within a reasonable time.  Note that many Customs services do not necessarily notify you that your item is awaiting payment of taxes.  Parcel Force in the United Kingdom often do not let people know until you contact them.

Please note that at times the United Kingdom, various countries in Europe, Scandinavian, the United States and Canada may take several months to scrutinize and screen items for particular reasons, causing considerable delay. We cannot do any thing about this.

Please check with both your post office and your Customs service first sending us your inquiry, if your item has not arrived on time.

Will I be charged Customs taxes?

If your order is being shipped outside the Australia, you may be required to pay international customs and brokerage fees. We are not responsible for these fees, even if you do not accept the package, so if you are concerned, please check with your country's customs policies prior to ordering. 

We do not accept returned orders due to your refusal to pay Customs taxes. Please note that we are required to put the correct amount on your Customs Declaration Form when shipping orders.

We cannot put a lower amount on Customs Declarations as Customs officers now check on websites for the cost of the time.  If we write a lower amount for you on your behalf, you may be fined.

It is your risk that you may be charged Customs duties, not ours.

What is the cost of shipping my order?

We offer two options for most countries for orders OUTSIDE of Australia:

  • Airmail Standard Parcel With Tracking
  • Express Post Parcel With Tracking

For orders WITHIN Australia the options are:

  • Standard Post Parcel (with Signature On Delivery - no insurance)

  • Express Post Parcel (with Signature On delivery - no insurance)

* Please note that for large orders, further Shipping Charges may be payable before your order is shipped.  You will be notified of this prior to the shipping of your order.

We reserve the right to send your order via whatever method is the best option, based on the amount of postage you have paid for your order, the weight of your order and the destination.
